23 Key Recommendations to ease and reduce barriers to PV development in Europe published
20.10.2011
On 7 September the PV LEGAL project released a new publication entitled "Key recommendations" which proposes and defines ways to remove or simplify permitting procedures and grid connection of PV systems.
It gathers identified barriers among four different categories and proposes ways to overcome these, thanks to the experience and recommendations drawn out from the research in the twelve countries covered by the project:
- Permitting procedures
- Grid connection rules and technical standards
- Grid connection procedures
- Grid capacity issues
These recommendations are also valid for countries not involved in the project and which are willing to develop a PV market for on-grid applications. (Read more)
