PV LEGAL Final European Forum

The PV LEGAL Final European Forum took place in Brussels on 8 February 2012. The event drew attention to the Renewable Energy Sources (RES) Directive and how it has been implemented one year after the transposition deadline, especially in terms of reduction of administrative barriers to PV deployment. After an introduction by the project coordinator BSW-Solar on the project findings two case studies were presented by Alexandra Lybaert (Enfinity) and Antoon Soete (3 E). Both presentations showed their experiences with administrative regulations and grid connection processes. All presentations can be downloaded below. High-level representatives from the European Commission, EWEA and Enel Distribuzione took part in a panel debate, moderated by environmental journalist Nadia Weekes.
