The PV LEGAL conference: "Reducing Bureaucracy for PV Deployment. A feasible task" constituted a valuable source of practical information on legal and administrative framework in relation to the deployment of photovoltaic in Greece and other European countries. Experts from international Associations, the PV industry, utilities operators, and other specialists,  debated on the market prospects and obstacles encountered in the development path of photovoltaics in Greece and Europe. This event represented an opportunity to raise questions and engage in dialogues with the public. The final aim was to provide the participants with concrete recommendations on how to overcome these barriers. While analyzing current and future challenges to the deployment of PV during the conference was also put a focus on the practical experiences of the PV sector with the invited experts. Bureaucratic obstacles were discussed in Greece and were placed in relation to the experiences of other European PV markets.

The conference organized by HELAPCO represented an ideal environment for exchanging information and contacts with high level decision makers and experts from the Photovoltaic Sector.
